Domain Verification Failed
- Problem: You added your DNS records but ShrFlow still says “Pending” or “Failed.”
- Likely Reason: A typo in the records, or the internet hasn’t updated yet.
- Easiest Fix: Delete the records in your DNS provider and copy-paste them again directly from ShrFlow. Wait at least 1 hour.
- When to contact support: If verification still fails after 24 hours.
Emails Going to Spam
- Problem: Your test emails are landing in the spam folder.
- Likely Reason: Your domain is not verified, or your subject line looks spammy (e.g., ALL CAPS).
- Easiest Fix: Ensure your domain is fully verified. Always include an “Unsubscribe” link in your footer.
- When to contact support: If you are following all best practices but still landing in spam across multiple providers.
