Upload Failed Completely

  • Problem: The system rejects your file immediately.
  • Likely Reason: You uploaded an Excel (.xlsx) file or an Apple Numbers file instead of a .csv.
  • Easiest Fix: Open your spreadsheet, click File > Save As, and choose “Comma Separated Values (.csv)”. Upload the new file.

Missing Data

  • Problem: Contacts imported, but names or emails are missing.
  • Likely Reason: The top row of your spreadsheet does not have clear headers.
  • Easiest Fix: Make sure the very first row of your spreadsheet says “Email” over the email column and “Name” over the name column. Re-upload and map the fields.
  • When to contact support: If your file is a perfect .csv but the system continually freezes during import.
