- Easiest Fix: Check Settings > Domains to ensure your domain has a green “Verified” badge.
- When to contact support: If your domain is verified and you are under your limit, but emails are still stuck after an hour.
Issue 2: Analytics are delayed
- Problem: You sent a campaign, but opens and clicks are at zero.
- Likely Reason: Analytics process in large batches behind the scenes.
